About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with a strong background in fertility and reproductive medicine. This is a full-time, traveling position based primarily out of our Edison, NJ main office, with regular travel to our Englewood, Cranford, and Princeton satellite locations.
The ideal candidate will perform fertility-related procedures across all sites and play a key role in maintaining consistency and excellence in patient care. This position is perfect for a self-starter with a go-getter mentality—someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to help our practice continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-office fertility procedures, including:
- Sonohysterograms (SHGs)
- FemView evaluations
- Intrauterine Inseminations (IUIs)
- Semen Analysis
- Conduct in-person consultations to review medical histories, explain treatment options, and guide patients through their fertility journey
- Oversee patients’ treatment cycles, including medication reviews, consent discussions, injection training, and patient support throughout the process
- Coordinate and manage Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Frozen Embryo Transfer cycles
- Provide compassionate counseling, procedure education, and emotional support to patients and their partners
- Document all encounters and procedures accurately in the EIVF EMR system
- Perform routine phlebotomy and other clinical duties as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and smooth communication between offices
- Participate in continuous process improvement to optimize efficiency and patient experience
Weekly Travel Schedule
- Monday – Friday
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in a fertility or OB/GYN setting
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the State of New Jersey
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Skilled in performing SHGs, FemViews, IUIs, and Semen Analysis
- Strong phlebotomy skills and familiarity with ultrasound equipment preferred
- Passionate about women’s health, fertility, and patient-centered care
- A motivated, flexible, and dependable professional eager to contribute to a growing practice
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations
