What You’ll Do:
As a Physician Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Assisting in surgical procedures and working closely with the surgical team to maintain superior standards of care.
- Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatments as needed.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Educating patients and families about conditions and treatment options, becoming a trusted advocate for their health.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a licensed Physician Assistant with a deep understanding of orthopedic and spine care and experience in both clinical and surgical environments. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are committed to delivering patient-centered care. Exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for making a difference are essential.
To qualify, you must hold a valid New Jersey Physician Assistant license.
