*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting physicians in various medical settings, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of medical protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. *Responsibilities* – Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine health status. – Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. – Perform procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatments and other minor surgical interventions as needed. – Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, discharge planning, and preventive care. – Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct virtual consultations when appropriate. – Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters while adhering to HIPAA regulations. – Engage in public health initiatives and community outreach programs to promote wellness. – Collaborate with healthcare professionals across various specialties, including geriatrics and pediatrics, to ensure holistic patient care. – Uphold aseptic techniques during all procedures to prevent infection. *Qualifications* – Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). – Current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). – Strong knowledge of medical systems, public health principles, and best practices in patient care. – Experience or training in geriatrics, pediatrics, or telehealth is preferred but not required. – Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. – Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. – Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field.
