Are you a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for orthopedic care? We’re looking for experienced and motivated PAs to join our dynamic orthopedic practice, providing high-quality care at our Clifton and Englewood locations.

What You’ll Do:
Provide Patient-Centered Care: Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including the interpretation of diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans) and development of customized treatment plans.
Support Surgical Services: Assist orthopedic surgeons in the operating room and manage pre- and post-operative care for optimal outcomes.
Work Across Locations: Deliver seamless care by rotating between our Clifton and Englewood offices, ensuring continuity and comprehensive treatment.
Educate Patients & Families: Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures clearly and compassionately.
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with orthopedic specialists, pain management providers, and physical therapy teams to deliver integrated care.
What You Bring:
Licensure: Active NJ Physician Assistant license.
Experience: Background in orthopedics with strong clinical and surgical experience.
Imaging & Diagnostics: Proficient in interpreting imaging and developing evidence-based care plans.
Team Mindset: A collaborative, professional approach with a passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus:
$1,250 paid after 30 days of successful employment
