Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA) – Orthopedic Spine OR + Pre/Post-Op Clinic | Top Compensation + Benefits Schedule: Full-Time Locations: Clifton and Englewood, NJ Join Our Growing Orthopedic Spine Team! Are you a licensed and skilled Physician Assistant passionate about orthopedic spine care? We’re looking for an experienced PA to join our dynamic and expanding team at both our Clifton and Englewood locations. What You’ll Do: Provide Comprehensive Care: Evaluate and manage patients with orthopedic spine conditions, interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans), and develop personalized treatment plans. Assist in Surgery: Support surgeons in the operating room and provide pre- and post-operative care in the clinic to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Rotate Between Locations: Maintain continuity of care by working at both our Clifton and Englewood offices. Educate and Communicate: Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures to patients and their families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their care. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and physical therapy teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated care. What You Bring: Licensure: Active NJ Physician Assistant license. Experience: Proven background in orthopedic spine care, with strong clinical and first assist surgical expertise. Diagnostic Expertise: Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic imaging and creating evidence-based treatment plans. Team Player: A collaborative mindset, committed to achieving exceptional patient outcomes. Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly, compassionately, and effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
