Position Overview:As Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant you are the laser expert in the studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. We are seeking a professional who can handle routine tasks with ease and takes the utmost satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
· Deliver safe and effective laser treatments in accordance with the Laser Eraser protocol.
· Ensure adherence to Laser Eraser standards regarding safety protocols, treatment guidelines, and the management of client information and records.
· Build trust with clients by providing exceptional customer service and clearly communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
· Uphold a strong sense of accountability while working collaboratively with the studio team to meet key performance indicators and promote a positive studio environment.
· Carry out light cleaning responsibilities and handle administrative tasks as necessary to facilitate seamless studio operations and enhance the client experience.
· Comply with the company’s learning and development requirements while ensuring that licensing credentials are current and up to date.
Position Requirements:
- Active, NP or PA license in the state of NJ.
- No experience is needed; will provide all the training.
- Reliable transportation to commute to your home & work.
- Available to work at both sites: Clark, NJ. & Paramus NJ.
- Proficient in effective communication with a focus on client needs.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to travel out of state for training purposes may be necessary.
- Capability to remain seated for extended periods of up to one hour.
- Ability to lift weights of 10 pounds or more repeatedly.
- High level of comfort in treating and engaging with the human body.
- Competence in maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong wrist dexterity and strength, with the ability to operate laser equipment and office machinery (requiring the use of hands, fingers, arms, and legs).
- Capacity to visually assess clients’ skin and utilize visual skills while operating the laser.
- Compliance with employment eligibility criteria.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
