Job Title:Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | $50–$90/hr + Quarterly Bonuses

About the Role:
McLean Aesthetics, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is actively screening candidates on behalf of a busy and well-established dermatology practice in Branchburg, NJ. We are seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of hands-on general dermatology experience to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be confident in performing skin checks, managing acne and chronic skin conditions, and have excellent patient communication skills. Experience with minor dermatologic surgical procedures is a plus, and Spanish-speaking ability is welcomed but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive skin exams and skin cancer screenings
- Diagnose and treat common dermatologic conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis
- Prescribe and manage dermatologic medications and treatment plans
- Educate patients on skincare, treatment options, and preventive care
- Document thoroughly and accurately using EMR systems
- Assist with or perform minor surgical procedures (optional based on experience)
Qualifications:
- Active NP or PA license in New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of general dermatology experience (in a clinical setting)
- Strong understanding of dermatologic conditions and treatments
- Confident, professional, and compassionate patient care approach
- Surgical dermatology experience is a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50–$90 per hour, depending on experience
