Full Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Duties:- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate course of treatment- Collect and analyze patient data, including medical history, physical examination findings, and laboratory results- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans- Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and casting- Participate in clinical trials and research studies- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care- Provide acute pain management for patients in various settings, including the emergency room (ER) and hospital- Utilize electronic medical record systems such as Epic for documentation and communication purposes- Ensure accurate medical coding for billing purposes- Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists

Requirements:- Valid Physician Assistant license in [STATE]- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program- Strong knowledge of medical standards, practices, and procedures- Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation- Familiarity with clinical trials and research protocols- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in medical coding systems- Experience in acute pain management is preferred but not required- Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on advancements in the field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $60.00 – $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
