We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical specialties and possess a strong background in patient care.
Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of 18+
– Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests
– Develop and implement treatment plans
– Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
– Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
– Perform procedures within the scope of practice
Experience
– Experience in primary care medicine
– Proficiency in standards of care for Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Dementia patients
– Acute care experience including triage and diagnostic evaluation
– Health coaching skills to support patient well-being

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
