Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients on disease management, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active and unrestricted New York State Physician Assistant license.
- 2+ years of experience in primary care or family medicine.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
