Full Job Description
We are seeking a Physician Assistant for our dermatology practice in Brooklyn, NY office (20 min away from Manhattan)
Responsibilities include:
- Examining, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acute to chronic and benign to malignant.
- Documenting and reviewing patients’ histories and documenting them in the EMR system.
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and educate patient / family.
- Prescribing and administering medications.
- Participates in daily operations of practice.
- Work with the doctor, clinician and administrative team
- Position is for Medical Dermatology, not Cosmetic Dermatology.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in NY
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred in Dermatology
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
