Overview:
NP or PA vascular for house call: We are in need of NP or PA experienced in wound care and vascular to do house calls.. this will entail the provider going home for patient consults within Bronx and other boroughs. We will need them for 16-24 hours. They will need at least 1 year of experience with wound care especially skin substitutes and wound debridement.
We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, patient assessment, geriatrics, and possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Experience in administering injections and familiarity with utilization management, behavioral health, outpatient, primary care, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough wound assessments and develop individualized care plans- Provide wound care treatments following best practices and protocols- Monitor and evaluate wound healing progress- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
Experience:
– Registered Nurse (RN) license with Wound Care Certification preferred- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care management- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
