Physician Assistant (PA)- Post Acute

Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000

General Physician, P.C. is recruiting for aNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join ourPost- Acute Care Service Lineto provide patient care in Buffalo, NY at a high acuity skilled nursing facility .In this position you will deliver evidenced based care for post acute patients in coordination with the Post Acute Care Care and Specialty Providers. This is a flexible and autonomous position that will allow you to provide a full spectrum of comprehensive medical services to patients of the Sub -Acute Facilities that are partners with General Physician, PC.

This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday with flexible hours at our facility in the Buffalo area.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program;
• Prior inpatient, high acuity experience preferred as a RN or APP.
• Board certification
• New York State license
• DEA registration
• BLS, ACLS and Infection Control certifications.
• A clinical background in geriatric, adult or family medicine is preferred.
• Shared on call with other providers
