Busy Orthopedic Surgery Group seeks full-time Physician Assistant in New York City. The potential candidate must be highly motivated and dedicated to providing quality patient care. Prior experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation: Dependent upon Experience; Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, paid-time-off (PTO), Paid Holidays, yearly CME allowance); Malpractice Insurance Provided.
As the leading Orthopedic Surgery practice consisting of Orthopedics, ports Medicine and diagnostic & imaging services, is currently seeking a Board Certified (or eligible) Physician Assistant. Our staff, of specialists and board-certified physicians possess extensive backgrounds in their areas of expertise, allowing them to have a strong understanding of their patients’ injuries and pain and the most current treatment and diagnostic options available. Our goal is to provide our patients with the most accurate diagnosis to their injuries; allowing our providers to treat with the best care plan possible. Using the latest diagnostic tools available our team of specialists are able to diagnose and treat our patients thoroughly and efficiently.
Full-time opportunity for Board Certified (or eligible) Physician Assistant to become part of our Orthopedic Surgery provider team. Experience preferred in a surgical specialty with a serious interest in Orthopedics.
The position is located in New York City and the ideal candidate must be able to work independently in the office and the operating room.
This is a well solid, well-established physicians group and offers the opportunity to serve directly under one of our physicians as a member of a specialized patient care team in a full-service Orthopedic Center.
Scope of Practice includes:
Seeing follow-up patients for chronic pain, back pain, joint injections, and trigger point injections.
Patient population will be 18 years and older.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; NO HOLIDAYS, NO WEEKENDS, NO NIGHTS.
Working within a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record environment provides ease of access to patient health history and optimizes the delivery of quality care to our patients.
Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with our patient community is critical to the success of our practice. Must be able to work within the scope of practice guidelines and appropriately direct patients for follow-up care as their healthcare needs dictate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 – $210,000.00 per year
