Full Job Description
We are seeking a qualified, compassionate, and experienced Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Physician Assistant will work under the supervision of the Medical Director to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and a commitment to patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, EKGs, and lab work. Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care. Educate patients and families on disease prevention and treatment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current Physician Assistant license in the state of California. NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) certification. Prefer 1 year of experience, new grads(with previous exp as medical assistant) encouraged to apply. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) software.
