Job Overview
Lupine Health & Wellness is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing outpatient practice in Reno, Nevada.
This is a W-2 employed position offering a flexible, supportive environment with the opportunity to start part-time and build to full-time as your schedule and patient panel grow.

Schedule & Structure

Compensation
- $70-80/hour DOE (W-2)

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations (60 minutes)
- Provide medication management follow-ups (20-30 minutes)
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Integrate psychotherapy interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active (or eligible) Nevada PMHNP-BC license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
