Job Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with sleep disorders.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests, prescribing effective treatments and medications.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, staff, and external providers to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and adherence strategies.
• Provide patient-centered counseling and support to enhance engagement and understanding of care.
• Maintain accurate, compliant patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually enhance patient care and safety.
• Support clinic operations, including scheduling, care coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with clinical guidelines, best practices, and continuing education in sleep medicine.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid license in Nevada as a Physician Assistant (PA), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).
• Experience in managing sleep disorders.
• Must obtain malpractice insurance and provide confirmation of coverage
