Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Join Our Family Medicine & Occupational Health Team

About Us
Southern Nevada Family Medicine and Southern Nevada Occupational Health Center are growing dual-specialty clinics serving patients across Las Vegas. We provide compassionate family medicine, occupational health, and Medicare Advantage-focused care. Our team is dedicated to patient-centered service, teamwork, and innovation in healthcare delivery.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact. This is a chance to practice in both family medicine and occupational health, with opportunities to grow in leadership, expand your skills, and be part of a supportive and innovative clinical team.
What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.

  • Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).
  • Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases.
  • Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR systems (Amazing Charts & Caretracker). Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment plans.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary with growth opportunities.
  • Supportive environment with mentorship and provider development programs.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of patients and services (family medicine, occupational health, urgent care, Medicare Advantage).
  • Collaborative culture with providers and staff who value teamwork and patient care excellence.
  • Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and CME support.

Who We’re Looking For

Active Nevada license (PA-C or APRN).

DOT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for patient care and improving community health.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dual-specialty clinic.
Join Us!
This is more than a job — it’s a chance to build a future with a team that’s expanding, innovating, and leading in patient care. If you’re ready to grow and make an impact, we want to hear from you.
