Overview:

Responsibilities:

Support 46 Bed Peds Floor Coverage
ADC 25-30
Pediatrix Peds Hospitalists on Shift
12 Hour Day/12 Hour Night Shifts – Coverage Needed

Qualifications:

Current Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Minimum of a Master’s Degree
Active NV License or Elig for Compact License
Minimum of 1 Year’s Experience – Hospital

Benefits and Compensation:

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This is a W-2 position. Pediatrix will cover new licensing costs.

Compensation: The pay for this position begins at $ 80.00 /hour

Our benefits include for Per Diem members:

Malpractice Insurance, Plus tail coverage.

PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO

Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays.

Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
