Position SummaryRogers Estevez MD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a private primary care practice in Las Vegas. The provider will see patients on a daily basis, manage acute and chronic medical concerns, and complete all related clinical documentation. A key part of this role includes dictating detailed notes after each patient visit to ensure accurate and timely records.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide routine primary care to patients of various agesPerform medical assessments, physical exams, and history takingDiagnose and manage both acute issues and chronic conditionsOrder, review, and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imagingDevelop treatment plans in collaboration with Rogers Estevez MDDictate and complete clear, accurate clinical notes after each patient encounterEducate patients on diagnoses, medications, and care plansConduct follow up visits and coordinate ongoing careMaintain organized and compliant records within the EMRCommunicate clearly with patients, staff, and supervising physicianSupport smooth clinic operations and maintain professional standards
Required QualificationsActive Nevada Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licenseCurrent DEA license or the ability to obtain oneExperience in primary care, internal medicine, or family practice is preferredStrong clinical judgment and ability to manage patients independentlyAbility to dictate and complete thorough clinical notesComfort using electronic medical records or willingness to learnReliable, organized, and attentive to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $86,219.41 – $106,242.73 per year
