About the Role

This position involves a mix of clinic responsibilities, with the potential for hospital rounds and assisting in surgical cases. Urology is an exciting and diverse specialty, offering the chance to treat a wide range of conditions in patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage patient health through interviews, physical exams, and review of medical histories.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs, X-rays, and ECGs.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound care.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide patient education, counseling, and support on wellness, treatment plans, and emotional health.
  • Document all services accurately and promptly in patient records.
  • Stay up-to-date with medical knowledge, legislation, and industry standards to provide exceptional care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • PA-C, NP-C, or APRN Certification (required)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a clinical or medical setting preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
