Full Job Description
Monday-Friday 8-5pm
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans- Perform routine check-ups, immunizations, and screenings- Manage chronic conditions and provide ongoing care and support- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines and clinical protocols- Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention strategies
Experience:- Must have a valid Family Nurse Practitioner license- Previous experience in utilization review or utilization management is preferred- Experience in caring for patients with developmental disabilities, dementia, or memory care needs is a plus- Familiarity with sterile processing and aseptic technique is desirable- Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and interpretation is an asset

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
