We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with expertise in Integrative Functional Medicine, including GLP-1 weight loss, hormone therapy, and anti-aging aesthetics. In this role, you will oversee the clinic’s medical services and procedures division, guiding patient care through assessments of symptoms and case history, prescription of medications, and performance of medical procedures such as PRP injections; neuromodulator injections; dermal fillers; low-intensity acoustic wave applications; PDO thread lifts; and more. You will direct Medical Assistants or Nurses and Aestheticians. In collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals, you will create an upscale environment focused on delivering unparalleled client experiences and enhancing both inner and outer wellbeing.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses

• Experience working in an aesthetic practice or medical spa setting
• Six months to one year’s (or more) experience administering neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers
• A strong understanding of GLP-1 (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) protocols
• Experience or an interest and willingness to learn Hormone Replacement Therapies
• Experience or an interest and willingness to learn and perform Men’s and Women’s Sexual Wellness therapies, such as P-Shot, O-Shot, P-Long, and Gainswave
• Experience working with PDO threads or willingness to obtain training
• A commitment to patient goals
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in meeting benchmarks pertaining to patient retention, revenue, and reviews
• Ability to bring a keen eye for detail, strong aesthetics knowledge, and a compassionate, heart-first approach to care

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Nevada
• Current DEA License in Nevada
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate care and build rapport with clients
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus
• Strong desire to learn new skills and grow clinic services
• Experience directing medical assistants or nurses in a small to large medical practice
• Sales experience is strongly preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with GLP-1 weight loss and protocols
• Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapies
• Experience with male and female Sexual Wellness Therapies
