Full Job Description
We are a modern medical weight loss clinic in Henderson, NV seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support in-clinic patient care on a part-time basis.
The clinic environment is positive, supportive, and patient-focused. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working in medical weight loss and wellness, with opportunities to provide care related to GLP-1 therapies and hormone support using established clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient history reviews and physical exams
- Provide initial consultations and follow-up visits for medical weight loss programs
- Formulate treatment plans using established clinical protocols
- Interpret laboratory results and ECGs when applicable
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice
- Provide patient education on medications, nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness
- Deliver care related to medical weight loss and hormone support in a clinic-based setting
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (Nevada or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong focus on patient care and safety
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Position Details
- Part-time, in-clinic role
- 2–4 days per week
- Hourly compensation
