Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our fast-paced, patient centered office. PA-C will work closely with physicians to diagnose and treat patients, in addition to the ability to function in an autonomous fashion seeing own panel of patients.
PA-C will be expected to:
· Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories for patients
· Perform procedures (after training) to include nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, microscopy, and other procedures as assigned
· Collaborate with physicians as indicated for the development of treatment plans and prescribing medications
· Stay up-to-date on the latest medical research and ENT guidelines to provide evidence-based care
· Document patient records in EMR in an accurate and timely manner
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of practice experience, including providing direct patient care and understanding billing practices. A degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) are required. Excellent communication and patient education skills are required. Strong organization and time management skills are desired.

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
