We are currently seeking a Physician’s Assistant, PA-C, to join our clinic. Lincoln Family Medical Group is a multiple-provider practice seeking to support the considerable growth we have enjoyed. Responsibilities include seeing new and established patients, developing care plans, educating patients, doing office procedures, and always evaluating and treating patients to achieve optimal patient care.

Job Responsibilities:
Promote and maintain patient health by providing medical and medication management when appropriate.
History and physical exam on new and established patients. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and review of symptoms.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests.
Procedure and Hospital Follow-Ups.
Educate patients on preventive care and disease management.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and all office staff.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic health record systems.
Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in healthcare delivery.
Stay updated on current medical research, advancements, and best practices.
Other duties typical of a Physician Assistant in a primary care office.
Job Requirements:
Current Nebraska and DEA license.
PA-C certification or pending certification.
