Bonsai Health is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). This role offers the opportunity to provide life-changing care in a structured, team-oriented environment with strong clinical and pharmacy support.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with opioid use disorder
- Manage medication-assisted treatment including: Methadone and Buprenorphine
- Perform follow-up visits and medication adjustments
- Review labs, toxicology results, and treatment progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, counselors, and pharmacists
- Follow SAMHSA OTP regulations and clinical protocols

Qualifications
- Licensed APRN or certified PA-C
- Nebraska license
- DEA registration with controlled substance authority
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
No prior OTP experience required — training available for the right candidate.
