Job Title: Locum Physician Assistant, PA-C

We are seeking an experienced Locum Physician Assistant to provide short-term coverage while supporting a collaborative care model. This role is ideal for a PA who enjoys autonomy, values teamwork, and is comfortable stepping into a fast-paced, well-supported environment. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to be extended based on mutual interest and organizational need.
Schedule & Coverage:
- Full-time or part-time
- Clinic, surgery or hybrid coverage.
- No call
- Weekday coverage primarily
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of PA practice
- Work closely with supervising physicians and clinical staff
- Perform procedures as appropriate for the service line
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR
- Support continuity of care during coverage period
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active Nebraska license or ability to obtain quickly
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in Orthopaedics or Surgery
- Ability to adapt quickly in a locum environment
