Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing pediatric practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients from birth through young adulthood, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality, family-centered care. Clinical Care
Conduct comprehensive well-child visits, acute care evaluations, and chronic disease management for patients birth through 21 years of age.
Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, injuries, and developmental concerns.
Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic studies including labs, imaging, and specialist consultations.
Prescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up plans in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
Perform age-appropriate developmental and behavioral screenings.
Patient & Family Education
Provide anticipatory guidance, health promotion, and disease prevention education to patients and caregivers.
Counsel families on nutrition, safety, immunizations, and developmental milestones.
Support families navigating referrals to specialists, community resources, and behavioral health services.
Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate with attending physicians, specialists, and care coordinators as part of an integrated care team.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and case conferences.
Adhere to clinical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and institutional policies.
Requirements
For Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP):
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
- Current, unencumbered RN and APRN licensure in the state of practice.
- National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (CPNP-PC) or Acute Care (CPNP-AC) through PNCB or ANCC.
For Physician Assistants (PA-C):
- Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) and state licensure in good standing.
- Pediatric-focused clinical training or significant pediatric rotation experience strongly preferred.
All Applicants:
- Current BLS and PALS certifications.
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience working with pediatric populations (new graduates with strong pediatric clinical rotations encouraged to apply).

Pay: $75,948.46 – $95,000.00 per year
