We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team! We are a small, busy growing practice. This will be for a second location!
Vascular Institute of the Pines is a growing outpatient practice specializing in comprehensive vein care, vascular evaluation, and minimally invasive treatments. Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a procedural outpatient environment, eager to learn vascular and venous disease management, and interested in building long-term patient relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, history, and physical exams for vascular/venous conditions
- Assist with diagnosis and treatment planning for varicose veins, venous insufficiency, and related conditions
- Perform or assist with in-office procedures (training provided if needed), such as:
- Ultrasound-guided procedures
- Sclerotherapy (if trained or willing to learn)
- Post-procedure follow-up care
- Provide pre- and post-procedure counseling and education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient flow and experience
Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active North Carolina license (or eligibility)
- NCCPA certification in good standing
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Comfortable in procedural/outpatient setting
- Interest in vascular medicine, aesthetics, or minimally invasive procedures preferred
- New graduates welcome to apply (training available)

Duties
- Perform thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history intake, and physiology-based evaluations.
- Administer injections and medications safely following aseptic technique
- Manage EMR documentation accurately
Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
