Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant Supervisor to lead and oversee Physician Assistant in a mental and behavioral health private practice. LRBH is celebrating 10 years in the community. We believe this addition to our practice will be a much needed service. This pivotal role combines clinical expertise ensuring PA accuracy and skills, and compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will possess a background in mental and behavioral health. As a Supervisor, you will uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee medication management
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical records using EMR system.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning.
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote consultations when appropriate.
Experience
- Experience in mental and behavioral health
- Prior supervisory roles overseeing Physician Assistants
- Knowledge of telehealth technology platforms to facilitate remote patient assessments and follow-up care.

Pay: $40.00 – $65.00 per hour
