Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Internal MedicineCary, NC | In-Office

Make a difference in patient care—every single day.Raleigh Medical Group, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our internal medicine team in Cary. You’ll work alongside experienced providers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality, personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for exams; assist providers during visits and procedures
• Obtain and document patient histories, vitals, and clinical information in the EHR
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Triage patient calls and provide guidance following clinical protocols
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and patient procedures
• Manage prescription refills in accordance with provider direction and protocols
• Provide patient education and support wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and support medical assistants and other non-licensed staff as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Current North Carolina LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• At least one year of recent medical office experience, including EHR use

Preferred:

• Experience in internal medicine or multi-specialty practice
• ACLS certification
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
