Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Join our compassionate and professional team at Billings Rehabilitation Center as an Assistant Director of Nursing. We are seeking a strong leader with clinical expertise and a passion for providing exceptional care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on nursing support by working the floor as needed.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards, including EBP and ICP and other quality measures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage resident care plans, documentation, and outcomes.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR), including PointClickCare, to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with discharge planning and transitions of care to hospitals, home health, or hospice.
Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license in the state of Montana.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems such as PointClickCare or Cerner.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $116,000.00 per year
