Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a men’s healthcare clinic focused on diagnosing and managing medical conditions commonly affecting men. This role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and managing follow-up care. The NP/PA will work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience while maintaining compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, including patient histories, diagnostic assessments, including a review of lab results via a Doppler Ultrasound.
  • Diagnose and manage medical conditions commonly addressed in men’s healthcare, including but not limited to hormonal imbalances, sexual health concerns, and other related conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s medical needs and goals.
  • Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with state licensure regulations and clinic protocols.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to support coordinated patient care.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and safety standards for clinical practice (HIPAA).

Qualifications:

  • Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Missouri.
  • National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
  • Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and rapport-building.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, confidential, and high-quality care.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
