Position Summary
This is a paid, year-long fellowship with full benefits that will provide the opportunity for extensive urologic training in the inpatient, outpatient and intraoperative setting. This is largely a hands on position, but does include some didactics.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The fellow will experience a wide variety of clinical settings including outpatient, inpatient and peri-operative practice. These experiences will take place within the BJC Healthcare system. In addition, the fellow will participate in weekly continuing education sessions and have the opportunity to share in a research project.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an NP or PA program and clinical experience.
REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois, depending on location, and able to obtain NP or PA license within 3 months of starting the fellowship.
Pay: $75,000/year
