Low T Center, a leading provider of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, is seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) as part of our planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapidly growing remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, utilizing proprietary treatment protocols and programs that transform patients’ lives.
Mid-Level Providers work in collaboration with a physician medical director and the Center Director to deliver high-quality care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, including the management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, and low libido.
Qualifications

Active DEA license (Required)

Active Missouri NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered) (Required)

Current Controlled Substance License (Required)
- Availability to work two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and a minimum of two weekdays per week. (Required)
- For months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays per month.

Ability to complete a two-week training program, Monday through Friday, during standard clinical hours. (Required)
Compensation
-
$65 per hour for training and weekday shifts

$400 per Saturday shift (4 hours only)
We provide two full weeks of paid training! (This is Mandatory)
Clinic Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Sunday: Closed (Closed daily from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch)
