JOB TITLE: Diesel Technician (Class 6–8) – Flat Rate

JOB TYPE: Full-Time
PAY: Flat Rate (Paid for what you produce)

Diesel Solutions is hiring a Class 3–8 Diesel Technician who knows how to diagnose, wrench, and turn hours. We work on real trucks and pay techs who can produce. Flat rate only — no overtime games, no babysitting.
If you beat the book, you’ll make real money here.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and repair Class 6–8 trucks
- Engine, driveline, suspension, brake, and electrical work
- Perform accurate diagnostics (not just parts swapping)
- Complete jobs correctly the first time
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
PAY & SCHEDULE:
- Flat rate pay
- Steady workload
- No forced overtime
- Get paid for productivity, not time spent standing around
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diesel experience (Class 3–8 preferred)
- Ability to diagnose and repair independently
- Own tools
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Show up on time and finish what you start
