Full Job Description

The Department of Psychiatry has an exciting opportunity for full-time, licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Psychiatry team in an outpatient setting. Join our growing team of 24 Psychiatry faculty members, 15 APPs and 3 APP Fellows that are dedicated to the treatment of patients, education of learners and research into mental illness. A few highlights:

  • 1 Hour for new patients; 30 Minutes for follow ups; Average 11 patients per day
  • 6 Hours of administrative time per week
  • No call
  • Great benefits including 8% retirement match

Qualifications:

  • ANCC board Certified PMHNP or Certified PA
  • 2 years of Psychiatric NP or PA experience post training
  • Psychiatry fellowship preferred
