Your Role & Impact:
In this role, you will be integral to our patient-centered approach, providing comprehensive care including:
- Patient evaluation, intake, and physical exams.
- Evaluation and Management (E/M) of chiropractic, physical therapy and musculoskeletal pain.
- Developing and delivering personalized Plans of Care.
- Performing procedures including:
- Large joint therapies with assistance of ultrasound.
- Trigger Point Injection therapy.
- DME evaluation and dispensing.
- Addressing basic primary care needs with a homeopathic/integrative approach.
- Ordering and evaluating diagnostic tests (Laboratory, Food Sensitivity/Allergy, Micronutrient).
- Weight loss management and counseling.
- Collaborating with our multi-provider team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system.

- Holds a valid Missouri PA license.
