We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours

Local Team Collaboration:
- At Bridgerton, our strong, collaborative team includes 28 physicians and 4 APPs at SSM Health DePaul. We also have the support of three clinical performance nurses, one hospital coordinator, and one program manager.

Qualifications:
- Physician assistant board certification is required

Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- This role can be full-time or part-time for nocturnist 7p-7a coverage with the expectation of approximately 7-night shifts per month.
- Our team enjoys the outdoors, and all that St. Louis has to offer, from festivals to professional sports to excellent restaurants and music. Everyone finds something enjoyable to unwind and enjoy life when they are not working.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position will collaborate with two nocturnist physicians on the night shift, managing admissions and responding to rapid responses and stroke alerts.
- We welcome the challenge of highly complex cases. Our ICU is closed. Procedures and codes are not required, and we are grateful for 24/7 in-house specialty support in all but just a few specialty areas.
- The population we serve is very ill. The happiest team members thrive on complexity and high acuity, knowing they are making a difference with strong support around them at all times.
