Looking to hire an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a passion for mental health and addiction medicine. You will work hands on with a physician for individualized training and onboarding for your own patient panel. Will consider a new grad (prefer an experienced APP), but must demonstrate a commitment to working with this patient population. Must be an excellent clinician, conscientious and detail oriented, finish notes within 24 hours of the patient visit. This is an 8 year old company, which is exciting, however the person must be able to pivot and flow with changes as we are continuously improving processes. The right candidate will also be able to work efficiently and quickly, while not missing the details. Must be a people person, and have a great sense of humor, but also willing to hold clear ethics and high sense of professionalism. We have an excellent culture and this is truly a work family. New grad pay closer to 100K
Experienced PA in addiction and mental health closer to 130-135K
Experienced PA in any field 115-125K
Pay: $100,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
Ability to make much more when on production.
Signing bonus with 3 year commitment $15,000
In addition you have the option of working a 4 day work week and the potential for one day remote.
You move to production at 3 months.
You have the ability to have a virtual scribe to help with notes, and the company helps with a portion of the cost. We also offer other dictation software.
4 weeks of PTO and all paid holidays
Year 2, you get 5 weeks of PTO and all paid holidays
$2500 CME per year
