An established and highly successful ENT practice in the Minneapolis, MN area is looking to add a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to their team! This is an outpatient clinic-based position with a stable Monday through Friday schedule. Work alongside an excellent team of established physicians and APPs, and enjoy a great work-life balance in a very rewarding and hands-on specialty.

Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position – Otolaryngology
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 100% outpatient clinic
- Work alongside a large team of successful physicians and advanced practice providers who are willing to train
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations related to otolaryngology conditions
- Perform hands-on procedures in the clinic setting
- Collaborate with the otolaryngologists and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients
Requirements:
- Minnesota Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Prior experience in otolaryngology or a related specialty
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- EMR proficiency
