Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Regional Clinical Supervisor with an active license. This is a Full-Time position in a SNF setting.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a regional team of Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants
- Performing practitioner performance reviews
- Reporting and developing strategic action plans with the company leadership team
- Actively manage the regional practitioner team on a day to day basis
- Patient care on a weekly basis
- Communicating with and performing site visits to SNF partners
- Follow the approved care plan for each patient
- Ensure exceptional inpatient care in a post-acute care setting
- Patient volume may vary

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited nursing school
- Active state license and DEA license in good standing
- 3 years of healthcare leadership experience
- 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (post-acute care experience preferred)
- 1 year of physical medicine and rehabilitation experience
- Proficiency with EMR
- Flexibility and a proven track record of active problem solving capabilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
