Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Well at Work Eagan Clinic (0.45 FTE)

This position is part of our Well at Work department. Well at Work Clinics are employer-based clinics. Our family nurse practitioners and physician assistants work independently to provide preventive and same-day medical care to employees and their immediate family members while partnering with employers, patients and colleagues to support the health and wellness of the employee population. A strong commitment to corporate wellness health coaching, employee health and consumer education and promotion of the Well at Work program to client employees. A strong interest, training or experience in formal behavior change coaching techniques.

This position will be located in Eagan, MN.

As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Sunday: OFF Monday: OFF Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: OFF Thursday: 9:30am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm, every other; second Saturday of pay period.
