JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is part of our Well@Work department. Well @Work Clinics are employer-based clinics. Our family nurse practitioners and physician assistants work independently to provide preventive and same-day medical care to employees and their immediate family members while partnering with employers, patients and colleagues to support the health and wellness of the employee population.
As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.

This position is a 0.50 FTE Float position. Shifts will vary and can be at any of the following Well@Work clinics: Anoka, Laborers Eagan, Laborers Hugo, Laborers Rogers, Medtronic, Met Council St. Paul, Met Council Heywood, Minneapolis Public Schools, North St. Paul Public Schools, Stillwater Public Schools, and any future Well@Work Clinics.
This position consists of 2-3 shifts per week, with the possibility of 1 weekend shift as needed for coverage.

Monday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday: N/A
