Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions. This position requires a strong foundation in medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Physician Assistant will be involved in various settings, including occupational health, home care, and senior care.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Perform procedures such as acute pain management and esthetic laser treatment.
  • Collect and analyze patient data to monitor progress and outcomes.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with medical coding standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all clinical settings.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods for effective patient assessment.
  • Experience or interest in occupational health practices.
  • Familiarity with home care services and senior care considerations.
  • Ability to ventilate patients effectively when necessary.
  • Knowledge of acute pain management techniques.
  • Understanding of esthetic laser treatment procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and education.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining standards of care and documentation.
