Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Perform procedures such as acute pain management and esthetic laser treatment.
- Collect and analyze patient data to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with medical coding standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all clinical settings.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making.
- Proficiency in data collection methods for effective patient assessment.
- Experience or interest in occupational health practices.
- Familiarity with home care services and senior care considerations.
- Ability to ventilate patients effectively when necessary.
- Knowledge of acute pain management techniques.
- Understanding of esthetic laser treatment procedures is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and education.
- Attention to detail in maintaining standards of care and documentation.
