Job Overview
We are excited to invite a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant and/ or Nurse Practitioner to join endocrinology team. Experience is not mandatory as we are willing to provide training. This role requires a patient-centered approach, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on endocrinological conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic diseases.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with chronic endocrine conditions, including diabetes management, thyroid disease, and osteoporosis, based on clinical guidelines and individual patient needs.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging studies, and other relevant tests to assess and manage endocrine conditions.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, including diet, exercise, and medication management, to improve endocrine health and prevent complications.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with established standards and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and treatment modalities in endocrinology, ensuring the application of the most current best practices in patient care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and state licensure to practice.
- Experience in endocrinology, hospice palliative care, or emergency medicine is preferred but not required.
- We are open to training new Physician Assistants who are eager to learn and grow in endocrinology.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies and practices, with an interest in advancing endocrinology care.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $104,000.00 – $114,400.00 per year
