Hope & Wholeness Psychology Center (HWPC) is a growing private practice with seven locations in West Michigan. Hope & Wholeness is seeking a qualified Psychiatric Med Provider (MD, DO, PA, PMHNP) to provide medication management for our patients.
We are open to a fully in person staff member or a fully remote staff member or a hybrid schedule. Primary practice location could be in any of our 7 West Michigan offices. We also plan to add 2-3 new office locations in 2026. We are open to hiring a med provider as a W2 employee or 1099 contractor. There are additional opportunities in leadership for an applicant who wishes to help us grow and expand our med clinic.
HWPC considers the providers under it’s roof to be its most precious assets. We aim to take care of our providers first and foremost. We strive to provide a work environment that is totally independent, while also providing support staff and comradery with a great group of providers. Furthermore, we have very favorable pay for outstanding providers when compared with most other private practices. We offer both contract and W-2 options with benefits. Our ultimate goal is for all providers to find a work environment where they can be at their best and provide effective and excellent services. HWPC contractors and employees create their own schedules and flexible contract options are available. Primary practice location is negotiable. We have offices in Holland, Jenison, Muskegon, White Cloud, Allegan, St. Joseph, and Ludington. We plan to have offices in Grand Haven and Grand Rapids by the end of 2026. We currently have over 1300 active clients in our practice, many of which we would like to refer for in-house medication management. There are many opportunities for additional income for meeting productivity goals, providing supervision, or taking on a leadership role. But if you have an idea for the type of contract you are looking for, please don’t hesitate to ask! We are open to all sorts of unique contract options. We are always looking for a win-win.
