Full Job Description
Our mission is to provide patient-centered medicine that allows our patients to take an active role in managing their primary care and specialty care through conventional, functional medicine and regenerative health care options based on their personal and individual goals.
Responsibilities:
- Administer injections, immunizations, male and female hormone replacement therapy, and other medical procedures
- Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
- Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
- Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in a Primary Care setting or Post-Acute Hospital Care setting
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education Requirements:
- Master’s Level Degree- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Certified Physician Assistant credentialed from the Michigan Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- OR
- Certified Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Michigan Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Master’s Level Degree- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Pay: $88,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
