Full Job Description
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Educate patients on disease prevention and health promotion- Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate patient outcomes- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including discharge planning- Provide patient education on medication management, pain management, and self-care techniques
Qualifications:- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area (e.g., Family, Adult, Pediatric)- Experience working in an emergency room setting is preferred- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding and billing practices- Ability to perform procedures such as catheterization and Botox injections is a plus- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
